Launch of the R&D Department

Financial resources for innovation

For many years JURMET has been carrying out intensive research and development work, for which it has already obtained several patents. The need to obtain external financing sources led JURMET to applying for funding under the Regional Operational Program of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 for research and development facilities creation in SMEs without R+D experience. The obtained funding from EU funds was allocated to the purchase of a modern CNC milling and drilling machine centre, and enabled the creation of a professional R&D Department.

Establishment of the R&D department

The creation of professional Research and Development Department will allow us to maintain the leading position in the market in the field of production of machines for slitting flexible materials. The newly created R&D Department will allow the design and construction of highly efficient machines in accordance with the requirements of Industry 4.0, i.e. with a high degree of automation and the ability to communicate and transfer data between machines and mobile devices.
